You cannot trade chromeline or stealth cars.

I saw that on another thread but I checked earlier if I can gift a car to a friend and when I select a chrome car or stealth it brings a list up of my friends to send it to?

It brings a list up. But you can't sent them.
I really wish it could be true, cause I want chromeline cars, but it's impossible to get them it this way, only if there's an unused code.
