Caterham Seven Fire Blade '02 glitched power upgrades

I don't know if that was ever noticed, but at a certain point, installing power upgrades will reduce car's power! Is maybe due the engine balance that will give a 18k RPM counter (stock is 12k), some corrupted parts or what? Is impossible to get the best from this car with this problem... Some screens as proof later!

dude I think I remember this issue from a long time ago in my 2008 playthrough(I never completed) I'll have to check this out tomorrow.
