CB2 Tuning help

ok i got the basic hybriding thing down. using regular CB2 codes. but after a sertaing HP, car is uncontrolable, and even with High HP still car lap time is not as fast as it should be. Too much wheel spin/tire wear.

I want to go fast with out loosing control, How do I tune a car to go 100+ on a turn? or is that even possible.

Dont get me wrong I have fast cars (supra)that can run apricot hill in like 53.xxx, but Can I go faster?
