CD Burning- adding music to cds.

Can someone please help me, I have a Packard Bell imedia PC and it wont burn cds. on my old pc, i used to just use the windows media player and i used to add tracks to the burn list, then simply click BURN, but on my new pc, the windows media player tells me that there is no storage media device in the drive, when there is, and when i go to My Computer in the start menu, and i click properties on the drive i want to use, there is no recordings bit, so i have been told that the PC doesnt recognise my drive. Help please! :nervous:

I am just looking on the support FAQ's atm for you. :)

There may be more infomation on your system documentation. If you go to
Start -> All Programs -> Packard Bell Support -> Packard Bell InfoCenter (users guide) You will get something like this:

It should be on there somewhere, use the search area. ;)

EDIT:
if you have a Yellow exmalition mark on the CD\DVD drive, then this has instructions on how to fix it:
