censored & uncensored compatability

hey, im gonna be finding this out on monday but i was just wondering if any of you know whether theres gonna be an issue of loading a saved game from a censored copy of SA onto an uncensored version?
The reason behind this is that GP store and a little bit of me screwed up the shipping so it didnt come express post from NZ, no point goin into detail. So i went to EB games and bought the Aussie version on friday cos i couldnt wait over the weekend to play the game! and if i cant sell it to anyone i will return it! within 7 days (yes im a cheap cheap person)

So does anyone know if there are gonna be issues of try to load my censored game onto the uncensored copy....?

The Aussie ones arnt censored, mine isnt and I havent herd of anyones elses thats sensored.
 
Viper, I find it odd how you can spell a word right, and then wrong, in the same sentance.


Anyway. I don't see why they wouldn't be, since the only thing diff would be the speech.

Yeah, stupid GPstore, I was/am really pissed off about that, do they normally deliver on time?
 
nah i was supposed to get it express (yes on Wednesday!) but they buggered up and sent it regular but charged the regular amount for shipping IN nz not OZ, so im not complaining too much...

Did you tell 'em, you should get delivery for free I think. I'd have a rant at them, a polite rant but a rant none the less.

What about the speech?

There has been nothing censored in the Australian version. There are no differences what-so-ever, as far as I know. However, if there were differences, it would be hard to say if there was a problem or not. Some factors lean me towards thinking that there would be, but other factors lean me towards thinking that there wouldn't be. But seeing as I don't think there are any differences between the NZ and Australian versions of the game, I don't see a problem.
