Central Airfield Club Cicuit - Short, flat club style circuit

I tried to aim for a small, flat circuit such as you might get on a local disused airfield: should be easy to learn and wide enough for racing.

Should be good for low pp vehicles, and up to 550pp maybe, for racing and basic testing. I had Mini racing in mind at the time.
