why does the pp increase when you increase the ballast weight??? on just about every other car it decreases... also increasing the rear wing starts increasing 4 pp per 1 point of downforce. anyone know why this is??? the speed 12 used to be one of my favorites in gt3. logic, it would seem would dictate that as you increase weight, so the pp would DECREASE... Might this have something to do with the supercharger??? does it feed on itself??? any help would be appreciated...

add ballast to the front of the car and I think the PP decreases.

It is assumed you get more advantage from improving weight distribution with this car than the weight gained. This car is very front heavy, adding weight to the middle of the car will bring the center of gravity back more towards the center.

The effect of the wing might be because of the weight balance also. These effects are likely to have nothing at all to do with the supercharger. Without the supercharger,it's likely to be the same.

If you add ballast and the weight over the rear tires increases the PP increases because of higher traction

Without the extra weight on the rear tires, the car is just going to shred tires easily, even with racing softs. Other cars that do this are the vertigo race car and the Toyota 7, I think.
