What Carl should have said in the first place was that the car you have is a premium car that can be bought right from the NCD for very few credits and because of that you will have a hard time finding someone willing to use their one a day gifting limit on a vehicle they can buy so easily on their own. But some people on this forum find they have to use sarcasm and rude comments when replying to other people's threads instead of trying to inform the OP in a more polite manner.

What gets me with GT5 is how they made such an easy car to get a prize car. What's the deal with that?

No, it is not. It would be if all Premium cars were available from the NCD but since they are not (like the GT Academy cars) then your implied statement was incorrect. Just because a car is a "Premium" car does not mean it's at the NCD.
