Going into the penultimate round of the 2011 Anzac Racing Muscle Car Championship it’s all on for young and old.
Team_Carpet in his 69' Chev Camero currently shares the top spot with Buckshot0001 driving his 69' Chev Corvette both on 85 Points.
Buckshot001 is showing some fine form coming off the back of two consecutive 2nd places but his rival is renowned for his weather and endurance capabilities which will be needed heading to the 2 hour Enduro at Circuit De La Sarthe.
3rd and 4th place will be battled between ex teammates RotorRian and gtp_jack331au (69,67 pts). gtp_jack331au is the highest ranked of the Ford Mustang drivers and will be hoping to carry his round win momentum to La Sarthe.
RotorRian in his 69' Camaro has been the quiet achiever bagging points every round despite not actually winning a single round. Though with La Sarthe being his test track he is always very fast at his self proclaimed 'Circuit De La Rotor'
Others to watch will be Aussiemaddog and newcomer to the series ProlificKiller and SuperGT Series Champion Devil_Racer.
