Hi, first all the fast wishes to you all for the new year.

I have a question about the championships. I´ve driven quite a few but it seems there is no new car to gain grom them. Do I have to win all the entry races or something? All my races in the championship have a gold medal, but the 'entry' is just black.
Am I missing something or is this normal?

Grzzz, Braniac

Err...You did you race the entry race ??? - That's the race you start with, hence the name "entry"...

:)

Yep, I did but I didn´t finish all the races in gold. I fixed that later.
And it´s possible to just pick a race and go without racing the entry race.

But do I get a new car when I drive the entry races and win??? Or is there just a new car in solo events?

You can't race the races in a random order, because it won't count as a championship. You HAVE TO start with the entry race, and beat the races in the order they come...Then you will win a car.

And don't sell that car and hope to win it again, because once you have beaten the championship race, that's it!! The only race where you can win multiple cars, are the endurance races..

Hope that helps you..

If you collect enough points you can for example quit in the last race, but don't quit championship in the menu between the races or you won't get the car...just quit during the last race!

I think you got it mixed up. You have to enter championships and race the tracks in the order they come, like you said, but in these races you can win a random prize car out of about 4 or 5 prize cars. Some examples of this type of event are the Dream Car Championship and the GT World Championship. You can go back and enter the championship again and again as much as you want, and each time they will give you a random prize car. You don't have to win all the races to get a prize car, just have the most points at the end. (Therefore you can build up a big enough lead in the championship and exit out the last race at the end if you so desire and still get a prize car)

The event that you're talking about where you can win the car only once are the single races. To win the prize car, you have to win all the races in that event. An example of this type of event is the FR cup. It doesn't matter which order you complete them in, and you don't have to complete them back to back. Just as long as you win all the races, you will get the prize car. But you can only win this prize car once and only once, so it may be a bit wise to save your game before doing the last race, then do the last race and keep reloading your game if you don't get the prize car in the desired color.

Ok thanx, got it. It´s just that when i raced the beginner gt championship, and quit the last 2 races because i thought i had enough points there was no car. Perhaps not quite enough, but then it seemed useless to drive whole championships.
It kept nagging me of course, so i thought i´ld ask.

Grzzz. :D
