Hi,

I just started playing GT3.

In championship mode, you can win one of upto 4 cars. How many times can you win these 4 cars. I.e. can you win 8 cars (2 0f each lets say) if you complete the championship 8 times?

This belongs in the GT3 Forum.

You can win Series Race prize cars an infinite number of times - every time you win, assuming there's space in your garage, you win one of the four cars. And no, it's completely random. The same doesn't apply to Single Race series cars - you win them once only.

Is Yyan really your name? Was it intentional, or did someone modernise/mis-spell Ieuan?
 
I've got welsh heritage, so my mates nick named me yyan evans.

Although not the correct spelling, these things stick!!

Very true – We much prefer closing threads, since it's funnerer and only requires one click. :D (Moving threads requires 2 clicks and 2 screen reloads – The horror!)

Perhaps it is relevant (and 12 years late) but... if you tie at the end of a championship with at least 1 other car (hence the tie) with the same amount of points as per the top/1st position/winner of the championship, what exactly *should* happen?

I don't think in my 13 years of playing this game this ever happened until today while fooling around in the Type-R Meeting - Amateur. I won the first two easily enough (NSX finished 2nd both times) I skipped race 3 & 4 (NSX presumably won) and I won Cote d'Azur wherein both I and the NSX had 30 points, I had priority and sat atop the table, was awarded the points for Cote d'Azur and then... nothing! No championship prize money or car.

I'm curious to hear if anyone else has experienced this.
