Change PP to somthing not so silly sounding.

I find it so silly and embarrassing to have to call cars performance levels "Pee Pee". I hate saying it. All my friends laugh when I say it out loud. Why not use Performance Level-PL or PR-performance rating or anything other than PP. It is a stupid unthought out idea that somehow got its way into the game.
