Is anyone else sick to death of 400, 500 and 650PP races?

It is so boring using the same cars, I use only stock cars and tyres to make it more of a challenge and there is only so many cars to use in them PP brackets.

I won't use power limiter either, why not 350,375,425,450,475,525,550,575,600,625,675+ and everything inbetween?

And while they're at it how about 10+ laps!

Do they have no imagination at all or is Kaz just using all his time planning his next real life race as usual, ie the reason GT5 was unfinished in the first place!

Or go back to some themed races like before with some flowing Eiffel, Toscana or mad Aso tracks. Mix it up a bit!

Apart from the 650 races I tune up rather than down. Did the last A spec 400 in the Midget for example - creates variety and a bit of fun.

This I fully agree.
We need different pp for both a and b spec seasonal please.
To date, I've tried at least 15 different cars on the 650pp ring and madrid.
Running out of options.

The PP range could be higher because it is kinda tedious using the same cars in all these races. i mean, the credits you get for winning is FINE but having to use slow cars on a 10 lap course is BOOOOOOOOORING..

It's 400-500-650 Season. The person on the Seasonals desk has decided this to be the way. A new Season will start and everyone will come here complaining that they miss the old 400-500-650 Seasonals. As long as they are still interested enough to put them out is what I would be more worried about.

The reason they aren't changing it is because people are doing the races, and in huge numbers. I guarantee you they get some kind of feedback that tells them how many people are running the events, or at least how many times.

Unfortunately for us, they do not realize that the reason people are doing the events is because the rest of the game is so lacking and/or just for the money. Mostly the money.

You see all the "Fastest way to earn money with B-spec seasonals?" threads that always pop up? "ZOMG, B-spec Sarthe can get 72,860cr/min. I did the maths! Cash cow!"

All those goons are running the races over and over all day long, and all PD sees is " Those players really love these B-spec events!"

So they do the same crap over and over, not realizing that the events actually suck. PD was unhappy that people turned the game into a marketplace, so they took away those parts of the game, limiting the gift/trading system. Little do they know that these garbage seasonal events are pandering to the EXACT crowd that they were unhappy with in the first place.

It all boils down (as usual) to the FACT that apparently no one at PD seems to be able to think logically or see anything other than 1's and 0's. 👎

It must take all of 10mins work to put a seasonal up!

Why not halve the prize money and have twice as many events at least, or up the A Spec races to similar amounts of cash so it would be worth doing, I feel sorry for anyone not online with this game.

Only 15? I must have run 50! Having won it with any down tuned fast car and high end 650pp car you can probably think of, I've been running it with lower pp value cars.

Today I've been running the old 20 000 000 cars on stock tune, engine wise, around it today. I managed a first, out of many, with the Ferrari 330P4 and a couple of second places with the Ford GT MkIV but only third with the Jaguar XJ13. I also managed 2nd with the cheaper Chap' 2D. Tomorrow I'll give the Jag' another go and try the Chap' 2J, Corvette Z06 and fully tuned Chevelle and Corvette Stingray. I don't expect to win often if at all.

Because I like to use stock cars and tyres, anyone can tune a car with everything on it and RS tyres, that's boring and way too easy.

My faves at the moment are the A Spec No.2 500PP race at Tokyo R246, and the A Spec No.4 400PP Tsukuba races, they give the best challenge and not many stock cars can win!
