Changeable Tires on Road Cars

I like it how you are able to change the tires on most of the race cars in the game. But you aren't you able to do so with road cars. That would make how you personalize your cars more in depth and/or make more accurate replicas.
If PD ever added this feature to the N cars, I'd like to see more brands and other kinds of tires. For Ex: Red line or white walls for classic/muscle cars.
Is there a reason why you can't do this currently?

It really bothers me that I can't put the stock tyres on my custom Ft1500

More tyre choices would be nice

I don't understand why tyre brands disappear on the Gr.4 cars when creating liveries. Can't even use the default brand.
