Changed GT5 Physics after 2.09 Patch?

Hey m8s, I was playing today in an Online room after downloading 2.09 Patch, and some cars had more grip, understeer... and some players had problems with their brakes!

I wasn't the only one who realized that, but I'm pretty sure that PD changed something on GT5 Physics. Anyone else has experienced anything similar?
