Changing wheels?

Hi, sorry if this has been answered before, but i couldn't find anything in the search.

I just strated playing GT4 (and loving it of course) but i can't seem to find the screen where you can change the wheels on your car, i don't mean the buyig screen, i mean the wheel change option that was in GT3, where you could go through the wheels you already own.

Is this feature in GT4 and i'm just missing the bleedin' obvious?

Thanks in advance!

Also, if you're wondering with my name, yes, i am a girl ;)

I dont think there is any wheel option like there was in GT3. The only way is to go buy that wheel, even if you already have the wheel on another car. In GT3 when you bought a wheel for a car it would be sold out and you would beable to use it on any car. But in GT4 the wheel has to be bought every time. And i also think you can buy different wheels for different tires like regular and sport tires, and a different wheel for racing, dirt and snow. So when you switch tires for certian races you will also change the wheel.

When you buy new wheels you automatically trade the old ones in (for 0 cr.:grumpy: )
not exactly. when u consider wheels only cost 500 cr, u can assume there is some trade in value. not too many rim and tire combos are less than 500 dollars. i like the new system...having a bunch of wheels that fit every car is kinda ridiculous.

i dont like trading in my old wheels, sometime i might want to put the old ones back on.

They go with the tires, so just buy a different class, say racing tires, and put wheels on them. Your sport tires will still have the original wheels...

I always wanted to have different wheels om the tires in GT3, now in GT4 it is so but now they forget the "sold out" thing from GT3. Can it never be good? :(

Yeah, but then again it only costs $5 to rent out an ENTIRE track for the day. I wish it was such a bargain in real life! Also, a '98 Audi S4 costs $43,000 or some rediculous amount with 50k miles on it - things aren't exactly matched to real world prices.

Liquid Lion - just go win an endurance race, and you won't care about how much rims cost :)

That's what I'm doing. If a car's got stock wheels, I know it's on sport tires.
