Cheap Seat??

Hey All

I have been playing GT for years now (since GT2), and I think it is time to invest in a racing wheel. I have decided i am going to construct a cockpit for a Driving Force GT. A wooden structure should be easy to build, (I have been studying this forum for hours.) My problem is I do not know where to source a bucket seat. Recaro/Sparco seats seem pretty expensive, so I don’t know what to do. Brand new stuff is preferable as I do not want to stink up my living room. Basically I am looking for a cheapish seat for my cockpit.

BTW I live in Perth, WA.
 
Try scrapyards, and then give it a clean.

Otherwise, look in super cheap auto or similar.
 
Yeah, I might try super cheap auto one day this week this week.

Does anyone know how much the cheapest sparco buckets are in Aus. and where to get them?

I'd recommend getting an actual car seat. Usually quite comfy, would be cheap if gotten from a scrapyard. Adds to the realism.
