Checking interest: NASCAR at HSR with weather?

I'm really just going off the cuff with this, but I would like to know if anyone would be interested in running a NASCAR race at High Speed Ring with the wet weather?

I was thinking the race would be about 70 laps, or about an hour and a half for a moderately wet race. Anyone interested?
