From the main menu, go to Brand Central, then select Japan/Asia. It's listed under "Gran Turismo". 👍

No, you can buy it in brand central, in Gran Turismo store.

You buy it, in the America Chevrolet showroom I think. Or in the gran Turismo showroom?

I drove it in VR and would have liked to be able to change the interior colour.
