As I'm a complete mongoloid when it comes to chopping, I thought I'd ask in here as I've seen more than just a few very purdy chops.. Anyway - The car I want you to chop is mine ;) Inherited it from my granny who decided she doesn't want to drive anymore - so now, the Commodore is mine - all mine - My preeecious

So - a few wishes, and with your 1337 skills I know you can do this.. The car should look like a mix between it's current state, and Peter Brocks early 80s racecars.. I LOVE the flared fenders on his cars, the lowered frontspoiler, but I dislike the rear...

There will be no timelimit - Just inspire me as what to do with this beautiful car !...

Cheers - and thanks !...

Take you pic...

Btw.. The Car..

Opel Commodore* 2.5 S Berlina 1981, Bone stock.
2.5 Liter carburated, 130Bhp.
Always garagekept, has very very little rust, but it's about time.

Plans include :
17"s. 8 in front, 10 in the rear,
LC 3.0 engine with fuel injection,
App. 50-70mm lowering,
Turbo (which is why I need the LC 3.0 engine)

* Known as the Holden Commodore in the AU area and Vauxhall Royale in the UK. Not sure about the states...

Are you planning any body modifications. Nothing too drastic, because not many companies have made bodykits for that model, but something you could possibly do?

I think making Carbon Fiber parts is simple, but it's your choice on that one. Other than that, I could give it a shot.

There won't be any carbon fiber parts on it. It's a classic, and it stays that way. But flared fenders to accomodate wider tires can be had, and I plan on a set of those. As said, the look of the early 80s Holden Commodore racecars build by Peter Brock is my goal with this baby :-)

One of Peter Brocks racecars :
