every 30 cars you get a rare paint chip
so 30, 60, 90, 120, and so on

I still haven't received a chrome chip. It's random when/if you get it. You might be able to find someone who would be willing to trade in the Marketplace section in these forums.

Collect 30 cars, get message for winning rare(matte usually) paint, leave game before pressing ok and you get a new paint, keep trying till you get chrome, then dupe glitch till you have all you want.

Has anyone had any issues with this method? I tried it for the first time the other night, after about 20+ logins finally got the chrome message coming up, clicked 'OK', checked inventory and got absolutely nothing, not even a matte paint .

Maybe PD are cracking down... Or maybe I'm just unlucky...
