Chrome paints, like a needle in a haystack

Can someone point my in the right direction to get some Silve or Gold chrome paint chips?
I've tried looking on the seasonal race, but can't see them on offer there.

You just have to be patient for them to appear.

Chrome Silver was last available in these seasonals.
