Chromeline code in the signature edition?

I just bought the signature edition for all the extra goodies.

It's literally just arrived now and I'm wondering where the hell the chromeline cars code is?!

Could someone let me know please, is it inside the sealed game box? The stealth code is loose.

Have I been short changed?
