I found a good guide on how to install it on flash drive here.
I'm on it right now, and it's pretty great. The epic seven-second boot time they advertise is happening on my computer, a crappy little netbook. Once you've got the system open, it's essentially identical to, well, Google Chrome. Except for the part where you no longer have Windows. Yes, to call it an OS is nearly an exaggeration, but the result is fairly compelling: quick boot time, and it feels to run quite quickly on my computer. The video on the news page of this website ran very haltingly, about 1 fps, but Youtube loads HD videos way faster than it used to load standard quality videos. In-browser flash games (playauditorium.com) seem to play slightly faster, and the flash interface is certainly much less recalcitrant than in Windows. Also, I just noticed I can't adjust my volume.
Being a newborn OS, hardware support is pretty terrible. It may or may not boot on your computer. But I think that, if you've got a spare flash drive laying around (>2 gb, methinks), it's definitely worth a try.
