I've seen a few others mention this but can't find any related threads.
With 100% gold in all aspects of campaign mode, not only do I not get gold decals, I still show only bronze on some tracks in the livery editor. Tried creating a new livery, no difference. Any ideas? I was looking forward to this (as the only real reward other than a silver trophy)
