Well, commonly used for testing race cars, it could be used as a good addition to the game to err... test race cars. In it's current form it's been raced on mostly by prototypes and GT.

More sensibly there are 8 main configurations range from 826m, to 5.798km, with lots of variations of chicanes and kinks to give the whopping number of layouts.

All the layouts are in this PDF...

And this is what an on-board looks like (I think it's the romantically named layout 1A-V2)

It's a good circuit for Rich people...

It's also owned by this man...

... but don't hold that against it. ;)

I've just had a crazy idea. How about if we were allowed to pick and choose what corners we would want to use at a given time?

Take turns 8-9b for example, there are many different ways that can be used.

This Circuit has been used by GT Academy testing,LeMans Testing and All other motorsports testing and was a Grand Prix circuit and used a lot.
Why is Polyphony not including Paul Ricard or other games not included a lot?
Please include this Track!!!

Paul Ricard HTTT was an interesting circuit in Ferrari Challenge. Surprisingly challenging place too which in part is due to it being short of traditional reference points for braking. Far too much run-off.

167 configurations sounds crazy but would be pointless and we know we'd all end up using about 4.
