The Citroën C4 Sport Concept was first shown at the 74th Geneva International Motor Show in 2004.

The aggressive styling, racing-specification body modifications and functional interior hinted at the next step in the French manufacturer's World Rally Championship exploits, following the successes of the Xsara.
