I've been looking online to see who else caught this discovery for 2 weeks now and haven't found anything in relation. So.... What better place to expose the info. Don't know if anybody knows this, but it is now possible to paint this car. So all of the guys who been hustling to get all the colors it came in before it was paintable. Can now paint it in any color they choose. BUT HOLD ON..........

This car in particular doesn't paint too well. For example. White looks gray. You can get the brightest white and it still looks gray. A lot of standard cars painted have a darker tint vs the Premiums cars. Which make me Urrrrggggg. I hope PD Take notice about this. Specifically the Citroën Xsara VTR ’03. Maybe this is so because they are "Standard"? IDK, But shouldn't be.

P.S. Start trying to paint those cars that was non paint able to your fav color.
You maybe surprised of the outcome. Cars with Livery not included.
 
Interesting. Though I had no idea that it wasn't paintable before. lol
 
I have noticed the "grey tint" of the Standard cars when you paint them. Some of them seem to have grey patches around the bumpers and wheel arches, as if they were trying to create shading in a rather unconvincing fashion.

You mean the texture dots? That's because PD was trying to fake real-time lighting because GT4 didn't have it, and for whatever reason they hardcoded those into the textures.
