Citroen GT Concept or Racing?

I've actually bought the racing version already, and I'm rather disappointed by the BHP and handling (does it need any special tweaks?)

Racing version costs 5,600,000 and requires level 21 -- 616 BHP [665 BHP fully upgraded]
Concept is 2,000,000 and requires level 23 -- 778 BHP

At the risk of asking the obvious; which one of these would be better?

Does look sexy though...
 
Was the concept all electric or am I imagining it?
