Hello, gentleman. In those last few days I had some ideas about a one car no setup series. After some search and thinking, I found the perfect car for that, and the perfect inspiration for that. I do not expect this to be a original idea or whatever, I only hope that in this series the words "fair but hard" will be respected.

CIVIC CUP​

Using the Honda Civic Type R (EK) '97, we will be racing over 6 courses. Every course will host 2 races in the same weekend, following the simple principle:

Grid for the 1st race will be definided by a qualifying session and the grid for the 2nd race will be definided by the reverse order (1st in R1 starts last and it goes.)

The car will run COMPLETELY STOCK apart from run-in/oil change, changes on the body colours, wheel and the wheel colour. The way it came as a gift or being bought in the NCD.

Points will be as following:
20 - 18 - 16 - 14 - 12 - 11 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1

Schedule (rough idea):

1. Suzuka East
2. Cape Ring South
3. Autumn Ring
4. Grand Valley East
5. Deep Forest
6. Laguna Seca

You might want to give a rough idea of when you plan to host these races (time and day).

I'd be more interested if it were the Civic RM, but I guess when the cars are stock that could allow for closer racing.

Forgot that... I was thinking of doing it on Sundays, around 6-8PM GMT.

I though about the RM, but I liked the stock car more.

I've been looking for another championship because my Wednesday series is about to end soon. Thinking about joining this one, I'll show up to the first event to see if I'm competitive with other cars.
