I'm just one guy with one PSN here, so I don't have six trade slots with two dozen massive, high-value cars ready to go. :crazy: But I DO have my send slots open for tomorrow (Wed), Thu and Fri mornings (Pacific Time) and would like to arrange for some quality trades.

If you've been following the GT5 Photomode Gallery sub-forum, you might have seen my gallery - there aren't too many classic cars my gallery yet, but that's what I'm hoping to remedy in this thread. I'm also looking for some of the older rally cars available. Here are some of the older, classic American cars that I'm still on the hunt for (EDITED Jan. 13):

1960 Art Morrison Corvette (yes, I know I can just buy it - but I'm saving my credits!)
1963 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe (C2) (not the RM, just the stock)
1970 Ford Mustang Trans-Cammer (again, I know I can buy it… but trading saves credits)

And a few older Japanese classics that I'd be interested in:

1962 Skyline Sport Coupe (BLRA-3)
1966 Honda S800
1968 Nissan Fairlady 2000 (SR311)

Finally, some mid-80s rally cars that I'd like to get my hands on:

1984 Mitsubishi Starion 4WD Rally Car
1985 Renault 5 Maxi Turbo Rally Car
1985 Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 Rally Car

I know my listed "wants" aren't exceedingly expensive vehicles, but I understand that the rally cars are tough to come by. So I'm certainly willing to provide good value for anyone interested in trading. Here is a sampling of some of the more unusual/rare vehicles I'd consider trading. If you don't see anything you'd like here, feel free to check my garage.

Thanks, Tawn - but I've already got most of those... including both rally cars, which (as I recall) are prize vehicles. Still, I appreciate the offer.
 
I am looking for the NSX-R Road Car. Can trade for either the S800 or the 240RS Rally. Can trade tomorrow evening.

Oh yeah, I am pretty positive I have the C2 Corvette non-race if you'd rather have that.

There are two different '71 240's? I LOVE that car and have the Fairlady version. Do you have a pic of the other version. Could make a second trade if it looks any different.

Hey Bry - I'll take the C2 'Vette if you have it... otherwise, the 240RS would be good. I can send in the morning; I'll try to add you tonight to make it easier.

For some reason, there are two '71 240Zs... the only difference is the Fairlady name in the one. They have identical HP, torque and weight numbers and they look identical to my untrained eye - they even came in the same color. If you click on my garage and scroll down to Nissan, you can take a look - if they are different, and you want to do a second trade, just let me know.

and regarding the "equal value" part, why bother with arranging a monetary equal trade when a quick backup makes the car magically reappear? Doesn't that remove any sort of difference in value between one rare car and another?

It looks like my LMS is going elsewhere, so I'm going to have to decline. I recognize that duping makes "equal value" a questionable proposition, but I'm going on the assumption that people aren't duping. I'll admit I fell for it a couple of times (for creating photos in my gallery), but I prefer to keep it legit. Thus, equal or comparable value... :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems you don't have a car valued close to 2.0M so...can I ask for 4 cars worth 500K then?

I didn't list a car worth 2mil, but I provided a link to my garage, and you're welcome to take a look. I also forgot that some of those '85 rally cars are priced in that 2mil range; some are, some aren't. And no, I don't want to lock up four days' worth of send slots for one car in return.
