Clear leaderboard rankings individually?

I like to test my cars on Deep Forest and tune etc I also compare times on new cars.

Like many people id guess I run a few laps and times can vary as im no expert. Id like to delete some times and leave the best lap rather than clog the leaderboard.

You could delete individual lap times in GT5 prologue.

Theres an option to ' Clear Rankings' which I imagine would clear all lap times. Can anybody confirm this ?
 
I agree!!! As you have said, you used to be able to delete individual lap records in Prologue, AND;

In previous games only the fastest lap per session was logged in time trial. GT5 logs every individual lap (grouping), within the same session. Though oddly, it will not let you save a lap time if it has not been bettered. 👍

EDIT: I haven't tried to clear the times though... I might soon, but not yet... :nervous:
 
I tried clear times ( I only had 1 time on board though) , ill test it later .
 
Also annoying that if you stay in the session, but back out enough to change a car setting by just a little it puts down a new time on the board filling up the top ten with 10 times from the same car.
