anyone else tired of your drivers hands clipping through the steering wheel on cars with the throttle behind the wheel:grumpy:?

Are you talking about cars with paddleshifters or something?

Do you mean the shifter paddles? AFAIK no car in GT5 has the throttle behind the steering wheel.

As far as the 'clipping' I noticed once, but have ignored it since. I'm usually too busy looking at the road or in the mirrors.

im no good with car terms.. but yes thats what i mean.. i use cockpit view quite alot and its very annoying seeing my hands through the steering wheel! The Jaguars are prime examples

Not noticed it myself, but so you know the throttle is the accelerator and is generally used with your feet.

new to the forums and i hoped to learn things from it, thank you :), im not sure though, mabye its just me..

There are a lot of minor bugs in the game, I seem to be lucky enough not to have experienced most of them, but PD are slowly addressing them.
You came to the right place to learn about GT anyway, welcome to GTP.

Im glad to be here. Well i was just wondering if anyone else experienced this, ill wait for such a reply

Not sure if it will help in all cars, but you can go into your Quick Options (during race, press start) or Settings menu (Main Menu) to adjust your Interior View Angle, choices are WIDE, ZOOM and EXTRA ZOOM, and I find Extra Zoom kinda hides the drivers hands, give it a shot, mess with it and see if it will work for you.

Ill give it a try, im just picky like that i suppose :dopey:

Well, I've seen the R35 Nissan GTR do this in the GT5 demo, but never saw it again. Maybe the Jags are the only one that still have this glitch.

The Ferrari's steering wheels are all fine as well, I'll look at the Nissans now, and check back.
