My work sometimes keeps me very late. Even though my ride is not a Mercedes of any kind, the empty roads at ungodly hours on a weekday offer a great deal of pleasure even in the flatlands where I am from.

Glad to be back, nice to see the quality of the competitions continuing upward.​

That's superb, TH - there was an article years upon years ago from Motor Trend called "Speed Blind" that had an E55, M5, DB7, and 911 doing a lot of green-hued, late-night driving, and it's always stuck with me. This reminds me of it so much, in the best ways possible 👍
 
Thanks Slip, I absolutely remember that article - the tension the writer purveyed was incredible. I drove from Saskatoon SK to Eagle Plains, Yukon about 10 years ago. 36 hours straight. I was awake but bugging out of my tree. Fox looked like deer and deer like grizzly. 100kph felt easily twice as fast. I could not imagine driving a car like that, at those speeds for that kind of time. Massive respect for anyone who can.

Thanks. I would love to see my entry in a 2.0 competition poll. Haven't been there in a few weeks.
 
The Alpine A310 has the coolest headlights of all. Too bad it ain't premium...

Great level of competition here, hope mine can live up to it.
 
I'm way off the pace with my entry, some really beautiful shots here I cant compete.
