[Revolution.]

• In the event of a second tie, judge's vote is deciding factor.

  the following week, Graphics or Manipulation.

Hey, no votes is better than not making the poll.

That discouraged me from entering any more photoshop competitions, as it seems to rely on judge's personal preference over actual skill.
