It was close between you and 2 others for the last place in the poll, and the fact that there is no space between the corner of the car and the edge of the frame meant that I had to leave it out.. A good solid entry, but the car just needed to be placed a bit better in the frame

Pretty much.. Also it seemed a bit, well, boring in a way. Because of how slow the car is going the isn't that much action in it, which sometimes there doesn't need to be, but if there is no action, there needs to be something else to compensate, like beauty (see Boabdulrahman's in the poll) which yours was lacking I think

Firstly, the car is too far away from the camera. It also seems slightly overexposed if you look at the sky, the gravel and the top of the car, and the brightness of the sky and gravel lead the eyes away from the already small car.

It really didn't grab me to be honest.. The car is centered and completely horizontal, which makes it seem quite boring compositionally. The colours also seem a bit funny, especially in the bits of sky I can see, which seem green and pink Basically, there were 15 entries better composed and with better colours than yours, sorry...

Yeah, that one was waaaay outside the 2.0 rules - but it is an utterly fantastic image!

I really like your entry Chris 👍 My only criticism would be that the grain may be a little too heavy but saying that it does go with the style of shot/editing you've used. It may have been just a little late as well. All in all a great entry I say but there was pretty stiff competition this week - mine made it but hasn't any votes which is not surprising really as it is in the presence of greatness.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks, i wasnt sure about the grain, i normally try to use it sparingly but i thought it was better with a heavier effect, im just experimenting with mode 1 at the moment hopefully i'll get some better shots soon.

You were, as Nato said, close, but I'm not a huge fan of the Mode 1 on this picture, and the cut off point seems a slight bit awkward.. It was considered, but just missed out, sorry..
