Good poll! Tough choice as always!

Ended up voting for CPH's shot, uber realistic background and the car looks great too :)

And whats up with the lightbox on FlickR?? Pretty piss poor effort considering I pay for the service!

Good competition this week, really tough! just a quick question, what could have made my photo better and stood a chance in the polls?

I think it was a good shot, but your crop on the left side of the car makes it less pleasing then if you would have left some room. I think the crop kills it. But otherwise good depth of field, good motion, and it seem the exposure on the car is pretty good.

FBG spoke for me, except the part about the exposure. More exposure would have been nice and the clouds do not add definition at all.

You killed the photo with the cross-processing filter. Not only that, but you must have maxed out the shutter speed to extract the motion which included a mysterious smoke cloud from the look of your vehicle staying in place and acting innocent like it did not cause that cloud to form.

Wrong preview size? too bland or too similar with another entry? or the jaggies between the bonnet and the bumper?
 
I guess my pic was too dark and too boring, but I just love when Japanese cars looks kinda "badass" street cars :)
But feedback is always appreciated!
