"A big cat has sneaked into the Abbey and is eyeing up those tasty morsels on the floor.
This week I would like you to take your XKR Coupe to the Abbey and give me your best shot.
In case you are wondering, you don't have to have a pigeon in the shot but you certainly can
if you want."

If my opinion counts, the composition is a little odd theres too much blank space on the right of the shot and perhaps it's a bit too close to the car.

Im guessing you were pressed for time to set up for a daytime shot?

It's not too bad, the composition may be a little off but overall I don't really have anything against the shot except that there's really not alot going for it either (sorry it that sounds harsh - I don't mean it to be). There's just not anything that really grabs my attention with it, that's all.

Thought it'd was rather fitting with the "cat among the pigeons" theme. Sort of, eyeing it's prey from the darkness .

Such a shame that the abbey floor is poorly textured. If it had the same fidelity as the red bull hangar or Arweihler it'd be awesome.

I like what you were trying to do, however it wasn't convincing enough. I think it was mostly the table being out of focus that threw it off. Nice try though - keep it up. 👍

I really liked the idea behind the shot and it was really, really close to making the poll. It was just that in full size the eyes (lights) seemed a little out of focus - I would have liked them to have been the focal point which was instead the second pigeon. If the eyes had been sharp and the prey maybe just a little off focus this would have been one of my favourites. Keep up the good work, you are doing well.

Honestly I loved your original entry - though the background was very blured in that one it was still distinquishable to me and you had hit the sweet spot in terms of lighting and reflections on the car. This second entry just felt a little flat in comparison.

EDIT: I should say that all the entries were of a very high standard this week and it was difficult the drop any out so it did come down to the small picky things and personal preferances.
