Further explaination of the theme by youtimestwo.

"My garage stores a classic 1972 MGB (wish it was in GT5) low to the ground, incredable power
to weight, exhilaratingly fun to drive especially summer days, top down, on twisty - hilly backroads!
I want to see an image that visually conveys that feeling I get piloting the B."

Cars: Any pre 1980 (especially classic open tops).
Locations: Trial Mountain, Nordschleife, Toscana (Tarmac) or Mt Aso.
Phototravel: No.
Unique Restrictions: Daytime only, pre 1980 cars and of course don't forget to shoot
on one of the specified tracks.

@Ux2, what wrong with my shot?

congratulations bmxmitch, lovely place indeed and likewise image of the dub! 👍 :D

@Ux2, what wrong with my shot?
wrong it’s not, love the bmw and the leaf/tree canopy across the top, possibly as you said “a little grainy” but it was more the weight I put on theme, I did not feel twist or hill from your angle.

(several worthy entries photographically felt theme short) imho :(

finally, thanks to all participants, entrants and voters who “drive” these competitions :gtplanet:

Thanks alot guys!

I wasnt expecting to win that clear, but I think my car choice saved me there. :sly:
The Karmann is such a lovely car, who cant resist its beauty....right? :D

Theme is already sent. So get your VW's ready folks. ;)

Hmm... Thought I had quite a good entry this week but oh well  Congrats bmxmitch  Looking forward to next weeks theme :)

Well done Mitch!
Great job, brave choice, well executed!

Having made the poll seems to have no increased significance to me.
Has anyone an idea why my entry (green Alfa Spider) did not gain a single vote?
Was it the colour?

I don't know why it received 0 votes, it was a very poll worthy shot and was my second choice after Mitch's. Maybe that was the problem, just not anyone's first choice, but I know how you feel - I've had more 0 vote poll entries than I care to remember.

Maybe 4 Spiders are simply too much for one poll
Probably, i didn't expect many using the Alfa.
I want to use the Europa but i won't take any chances since Ytt prefer more to Spider.

Btw, congratz on winning SSC Mitch! 👍
