Further explaination of the theme as described by CCShaft7.

"Just take any car with a nice bright white paint job to any track/location after the sun has
gone down and take a shot you think best fits the theme.

Cars: Any non race cars (ie: no livery), must be white.
Locations: Any night/time change track.
Phototravel: Yes - Kyoto Gion, San Galgano Abbey, Red Bull Hangar (Outside hangar only).
Unique Restrictions: Single car shots only and make sure it's white.
Pure night-time shots so no sunset/sunrise, No B/W or monochrome please.

Please, ensure you read and understand all requirements for this competition. Failure to follow
the rules may result in disqualification. If you have questions, send me a Private Message.

This Thread will answer many possible questions you may have.

• Be reminded that only the Judges favourite 12 entries will get through to each poll.

I thought you weren't allowed to add lighting effects? I'm looking at the GT86; the flare and glow coming off the headlights look like something has been done to them.

Probably just a blue gradient/blur set to screen to give a slight bit of glow/light bleed.

Well...IMO the BMW banner is dominating too much. And the car doesn't appear really white. But a great picture for a BMW commercial

apologies for not getting back sooner..... The main problem I had was the car didn't stand out enough for me, not helped by the head-on glare from the lights. The shots that made it all stand out somewhat.

I do like the idea of the compostion though 👍 but maybe lose (crop) some of the empty space on the left.



Very happy with how this theme turned out, one of the best (and hardest) comps I've had the pleasure to judge
