CARS: Any street cars (no race cars)
LOCATIONS: Any
PHOTOTRAVEL: No
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: Aside from trying to adhere to the theme... it's pretty much an open theme

Oh, and I think there is a fairly high chance that the photo's been edited.

Entering the left-hand tunnel in the last sector. There are millions of pictures taken in this tunnel.

More likely than editing is warm filter with a cranked up brightness. What about it leads you to believe it was edited?
 
yeah, if that was edited they didn't try too hard

The excessive brightness of the photo. I don't think warm filter with a high exposure can do this. I could be wrong though.
