"Simple this week - I want to see the two giants from Italy - Ferrari or Lamborghini in all their glory at any PhotoTravel location. The only twist is I'd like them in their purest forms, so no modifications whatsoever please. That includes alloys, wings and paint."

Too Dark, I'd assume?

^In my opinion...
First, the car's pose is boring. Turn the front wheels a bit to give that flare!
Second, from what I see, the front is not focused very well.
Third, the location does not fit the car. The alleyways of Gion seemed to cram up the 330 P4. It's a racer! Give it some open space!

Haitauer - yours was the last one to be cut matey. It was just a bit too 'grey' - slightly more exposure would have popped the white out lovely.

Matt - the only thing that put me off your entry was the strange focus going on... the front and rear are out of focus, but the centre is spot on? Lovely shot, but let down by that really... 👍

Is that your nice way of asking for feedback?

As it happens, I thought it was slightly too dark overall, the composition was a little odd and the angle you chose didn't lend itself to such a good looking car.

The focus was perfect, as was the choice of car - just that I felt the above let it down matey. 👍

Fair enough, I felt it was a bit darker than it was on my PS3, but I couldn't edit it in Photoshop, so that couldn't be helped. First attempt at a competition, so it's no big deal.

Yes, I was maybe a bit hasty - and thank you for the advice I appreciate it. I know I need more practice with photomode etc. so (now I think about it) I don't expect to be polling all the time.

No worries, another stepping stone after this would be maybe after making your first poll or after a few weeks create a photo gallery here on GTP and post up not all but your best photo's, people give a lot more feedback on galleries and can comment on more of your photo's than just the one your entering so will give you a better idea of what people like

No joke. I think I am about on my 4-5 week and it is FINALLY starting to roll a little bit.

Just a little bit tho lol.

Between this and the lambo poll....man voting was tough...I think the lambo poll was my hardest vote yet.
