Further explanation of the theme, provided by Boabdulrahman:

"Aperture is a major feature in every camera and in GT5 photomode you have the liberty
in changing the F number as you wish. If you want close-ups low aperture is good for example,
and for landscapes high aperture is better. So, choose your side wisely and take some pics!"

CARS: Any
LOCATIONS: Any
PHOTOTRAVEL: Yes
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: F1.0-F8.0 are Low Aperture. F11.0-F45.0 are High Aperture

Anything wrong?

Are the lines exposed?

Given what was chosen, it is not surprising to see mine did not make the cut, and voted for what i think was the best

ps I would also love to know what can I do better in my entry

Did you originally enter this photo with an embedded link to an enlarged version?
You could have shown more touch to the background and a different change of filter. It looks like you used panning mode 1. Try panning mode 3 to get a crispier shot.

yes i embedded the link to an enlarged version.

What a great poll!!!! Best PMC poll I've seen in a long time!

And thanks for including mine! :)

My understanding of high aperture is to increse focus throughout depth of field.

Even though the poll images were all captured with a high aperture, not all have the depth required for high settings and therefore could have been taken with similar results using a low aperture. (imo) :odd:

I too would be greatfull of some feed back, yeah it looked alot better on the tv than on my laptop. I do have to admit but some feed back would be welcomed.

I agree with you. But the problem was that shooting landscapes was really hard and it ended making mostly all the entries looking like this. In my opinion it turned out rather well.

any thought or comment on this?

I liked the angle and the intensity. But I think it lacked something that I can't somehow put my finger on it. Maybe a filter could improve it.

Feedback would be appreciated 👍.

I liked the amount of detail this shot had. Loved the colours also. Two things I didn't like, and in my opinion, effected the photo. The first thing was the pixelated people on the right, as this was PD's fault not yours, you could've avoided it with another angle. The second thing is the car position. If you moved to the right a bit so that the front of the car could appear fully, it would've been better.

The car was unfocused and the lighting was not the best. It seems that the focus was on the building in the back. Try focusing on the car while using panning mode 3. also, the chrome paint didn't turn out well in this environment.

Yeah i was kinda afride of that answer, to get the logo on the building i did have to tilt the camera slight more than i would of liked to which as you stated took the main focus point to the building. But i thank you for taking the time to be considerate enough to give some feedback so thank you.

It is a bit too dark with not much brightness showing from the taillights. That would be nice.
:ouch: Well, thanks for your criticism, Crow. :) What about Boab?

I was going to say the same thing actually :)
It was dark, and the colour of the car didn't help also.
And the composition doesn't make for a good high aperture shot.

Thank you Crow, and any comments from Boabdulrahman?

Any chance of some feedback on this, and let me know if im working within the rules:)

Well the angle was a little bit wide, and the car came out weird. Also, not the best focus on the back of the car. Another thing, the shot was a little bit dark in the back.

Thank you Crow, and any comments from Boabdulrahman?

I guess Crooooooow said it all actually. The whole pic was bland. Try using some "brave" angles and the usage of filters too.

That is such an awesome shot mazda787, probably one of the best unedited ones I've ever seen. przemekszulin's SL300 is great as well, but I like yours even more. 👍

I'm flattered thanks for the compliment FishyJuice!
