"I've always thought of the Miura as the greatest supercar of all time,
but what do you think? The Veyron? The Countach? Pick your favourite supercar
and take it to magnificent, Spa Francorchamps"

  • No post-GT5 editing, besides proportionally resize and rotate, is allowed.
    [*]One entry per user. It must be your own work, and never previously used in a comp.

    [*]Mark your FINAL ENTRY clearly, with red text. On H2H weeks, which side, as well.
    [*]You may change your entry once. Do it clearly; edit out your previous entry, and

This theme will be hard because of how subjective the term "Ultimate Supercar" can be.

I guess I'll start this off with my genuine McLaren F1 LM replica. The performance mods are the same as on the LM.

I don't quite like the theme because it is too open, and too subjective as to the judges beliefs of what the greatest supercar of all time is. But that is my opinion.​

I know, but, the judge could think that whatever you choice of car is isn't even viable for the position, and you get disqualified because of that.

I personally think that the greatest supercar ever made is the V12 Vantage or the XJ220, but, honestly they aren't the fastest really and they don't have a real history, but I love them. The judge might not believe that they are good enough for the title, so people will just use stuff like the F1, Veyron, etc. because they aren't sure of the judge's opinion. This is all in my mind though.
 
Let's just make this clear, you can choose a supercar which you think is the greatest of all supercars, it could be the Aston Martin DB9, Ferrari Enzo, Lamborghini Gallardo, and so on. It's what you think is the greatest supercar, not everyone else

okay, then I might change my entry if there are a lot of McLaren F1s, because, I think that there will be a lot of them and I like to be unique.

You can be unique by having a good shot, doesn't matter about the car.
 
It's going to be impossible for non-DLC owners to go to SPA with anything other than on the Seasonal. Could a non-DLC track be added to the comp for them? (I have both the DLC.)

But... WHAT!? Believe me, you won't get more votes for being "unique" by "claiming" one car for yourself. Jeeez, it's about the pictures already. It seems like you are in a hunt for a win now. Just wait, improve your photographing skills and you will eventually take a win. Look at Raphaele for example, he competed for more than 50 weeks until he won.

But, also, if you read what I had said above, you would see that I don't believe the McLaren F1 is the Greatest Supercar of All Time, I believe the XJ220 or the V12 Vantage is more deserving of the title. So, if I were to change it, it would be going to a car that I believe would fit the title, not just one that would be commonly thought of.

EDIT: I believe in beauty over power. That is why I love Aston Martins, Jaguars, and stuff like it. The McLaren is fast, but, it is lacking in beauty.

I'm sorry, I am just not in a good "state of mind". I am struggling to find "who I am" as an artist and what makes me unique and what I want to do as an artist. I am trying to get an Art Degree at a university, so i am actually having to figure this out fairly soon to advance forward in my degree plan. It is greatly affecting what I am thinking because I am trying to find out, and I am not sure what I might find, and what I might think.
So, I might be looking for a win without realizing it, but I really just don't know.

It should be classed as a supercar. A beetle isn't really classed as a supercar I think. A miura, countach, 300sl, e-type, cobra, etc. are all classic supercars, but, I don't know if the beetle would "fit the bill".

So a super car eh........ Might need to do some Google-ing to find out all the possible super cars in the game and choose the one I believe will give the picture an edge. :sly:
 
My favorite suercar? Pfff, easy choice for me :D

Safe bet if its MR and expensive or just plain expensive in real life its a supercar :), You can't really go far wrong with that thinking.
