I have one and i don't think the lights flash or it has a siren, Im not sure, but keep in mind it is a Pace Car. I have one so what do you have to offer?

I play it all the time (usually as a cop). It's pretty fun. Lights dont work and no siren though. Not really an official game mode. More like title of room would read "MAX 70 MPH COPS". I got my "cop car" from used car dealership.
