Clubsport clutch problem

I've had the clubsport pedals since the released and now my clutch is starting to act weird. The first time you use it each session you have to push it in really fast a few times to get it to register full travel, and then in iracing it shows that it is slightly depressed and jumps up and down a little. When you press it all the way down it doesn't register all the way and it shows it kind of pulsating at the top of the travel between maybe 90% and 100% use. It does the same thing at the top of travel and without being pushed in at all. Right now it's not bad enough to effect gameplay because it registers far enough pressed to engage the clutch and when not pressed it doesn't do it bad enough to engage the clutch but it's bound to probably get worse.

Is this a bad sensor and if it is how do I go about replacing it?
 
Have you checked the small Allen screw underneath the pedal too see if its tight?

Fanatec will ask you to check that.

You will then need to make a video showing the problem via the Fanatec profile programme.

Send them that, explaining you have checked the screw and they should send you a new one. Probably throw you in an Accellerator sensor too.
 
Agree with him. Sounds like a loose screw on the pivot of the clutch. Loosen it enough that you can move the inner pin freely and make sure the screw lines up with the flatspot in the pin.

Get has it right, it is either the allen-screw under the pedal or the sensor. You will have to follow the protocol on this one. You should back up and running 100% within a couple weeks max.

I had this happen with my V1 pedals about a year ago. Since the sensors were replaced, nothing but success and many victories :D And many wrecks too.... :grumpy: Can't win em all I suppose.....

I am having alot of problems. I changed almost my entire setup and moved everything to a different room within the last month. Problems always happen when I start trying to change stuff around. I'm starting to get things ironed out though. I'm just wanting to make sure everything is ready to go once the monitor stand gets here, that way I can sit down and play instad of trouble shoot all day long.
