Its true...for those that like to have all the tools to initiate a drift, you can clutch kick (depress the clutch and rev the motor, then dump the clutch) in GT. I know there is not a "clutch kick" button etc. Just tap the e-brake while full throttle... the car goes in to neutral for a second...long enough for the RPM's to climb and then release= a successful clutch kick.
note: It's best to do when you're in the middle of a drift and you start to re-gain traction.
