Codes in Time Trial Records

Does anyone know what are the codes that appear if you press START button
while on the Records screen in Arcade/Time Trial?

They are being used in GT4 competition in Ireland as a verification method. I was
wondering what information these codes carry [apart from obvious, like lap time] and how this information is coded?

Anyone has any ideas?

Thay can't have all necessary info because the irish top 16 candidates will have to send in their memory cards with replays.
I guess they include car, track, time and perhaps HP, weight and tires.

there is nothing about sending in a replay in competition rules. just memory card.
if they wanted a replay they would specify that in competition rules. they only say to send in your codes, and then memory card for verification. but they don't mention to save a replay of the lap, so i reckon they don't need it.
