Just watched a re-run of Top Gear of them finding the best driving road. Then, they arrived at col de turini. Not exactly a race track, but imagine driving your car up and down that road. It will be epic. If im not mistaken, its also a rally stage, so basically making it (if polyphony ever decides to make it available), in my opinion, the first tarmac rally stage. Plus, it also serves as a nice photomode place.
So I think this one is good to start with.
