Sup guys. I'm getting some info together so I can begin modding my ps2 top cover this summer after school. I thought maybe some of you guys have had experience with modding pc cases. Thing is, I want to have some letters dremelled on the top of the ps2 case, but I want them to also be lit up. Which type of lighting is best? For one, the EL neon is bendable, so I can have outline each letter with it, and make it glow that way. Or, I can use cold cathodes, which last longer, and are brighter but can't be bent or transformed. By the way, the letters are pretty thick. So I need alot of light. Thanks for any suggestions.

Well, let me get this straight. You cut? letters into the top of your PS2, so you can put light's inside it. If you have lights inside the case, you'll need cathode's, because they are cold.

But if you're just gonna put the lights on top, just bend some EL's around to make your letters, because it doesn't matter for the outside temp.

If you ask me, just throw a small cathode inside your PS2 and put a window on the top, no letters.
